Qualifications

• Fresh graduate (graduated within the last 1–2 years).
• Less than 1 year of full-time work experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in assigned departmental rotations as per the program structure.
• Complete initial Operations and Brand Immersion phase.
• Execute assigned tasks and projects aligned with department objectives and KPIs.
• Demonstrate learning agility and adaptability across different functions.
• Achieve agreed KPIs and learning objectives for each rotation.
• Participate in structured entry and exit reviews for each rotation.
• Receive and act on continuous feedback from rotation supervisors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of learning outcomes and performance.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Job description

The Graduate Employee – Rotational Program role is designed to develop freshly graduated Emirati talent through structured, on-the-job rotations across key business functions. The role aims to build functional capability, business understanding, and leadership potential, while supporting Americana Restaurants’ Emiratization 2026 strategy and long-term talent pipeline. Graduate Employees join as full-time employees and rotate across selected departments to gain practical exposure, develop core competencies, and prepare for permanent placement upon successful completion of the program.

Responsibilities

Program & Rotation Responsibilities

• Participate actively in assigned departmental rotations as per the program structure
• Complete initial Operations and Brand Immersion phase

Performance & Development
