Qualifications

Responsibilities

Rotate Across Business Functions: exposure to Markets & Research, Valuation & Advisory, Corporate Solutions, and more.
Work on Real Projects: participate in live client engagements across UAE real estate.
Develop Core Competencies: strengthen financial analysis, data handling, and communication.
Receive Mentorship & Coaching: guidance from senior leaders and regular feedback.
Participate in Structured Learning: formal trainings and access to learning platforms.
