Job summary

JLL in Dubai is inviting UAE National graduates to join the UAE National Graduate Analyst Programme, a 24-month, full-time development track designed to fast-track future leaders in commercial real estate.

The programme offers rotations across service lines, mentorship from senior leaders, structured learning pathways, and exposure to live client engagements. Successful graduates progress toward permanent placement within JLL and its UAE operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with GPA 3.0+.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Rotate across service lines such as Markets & Research, Valuation & Advisory, Corporate Solutions, Property & Asset Management, Capital Markets, Project & Development Services, etc.
• Work on live client engagements and business-critical initiatives from day one.
• Develop core competencies in financial analysis, data modelling, client communication, presentation development, and project coordination.
• Receive mentorship and coaching with senior leaders and structured learning opportunities.
