Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) UAE offers a National Graduate Analyst Programme designed to fast-track the next generation of Emirati leaders in commercial real estate. You will rotate across Markets, Research, Valuation, Advisory, and other lines, working on live client engagements from day one.

The programme emphasizes structured learning, mentorship from senior leaders, and formal training on industry knowledge, with a path to permanent placement based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, or related fields.
• Graduation from a recognized university with strong academic standing.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
• Graduation within the last 12-24 months, or final-year students completing their degree in 2025.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across multiple service lines to gain broad exposure.
• Contribute to live client engagements and business-critical initiatives from day one.
• Develop core competencies in financial analysis, data modelling, client communication, and presentation development.
• Receive mentorship and coaching, with regular performance reviews and career planning.
