Job Description :

As a Rope Access Level III Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing rope access inspection activities within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Planning and Coordination :

• Develop and implement strategies for efficient rope access inspection operations.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to schedule and prioritize inspection tasks.
• Ensure all necessary equipment and resources are available for inspection activities.

Team Supervision :

• Lead and supervise a team of rope access technicians, providing clear instructions and guidance.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the technical skills and safety awareness of team members.
• Monitor the performance of technicians, providing feedback and addressing any issues promptly.

Safety and Compliance :

• Conduct thorough site assessments and risk evaluations before commencing work.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures as necessary.

Technical Support :

• Provide technical expertise and assistance to rope access technicians during NDT inspections.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions to optimize inspection processes.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices related to rope access and NDT inspection techniques.

Client Communication :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding inspection progress, findings, and recommendations.
• Maintain clear and professional communication channels to address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized inspection plans based on their specific requirements.

Documentation and Reporting :

• Ensure accurate documentation of inspection results, including detailed reports and visual records.
• Review and verify inspection reports for completeness and accuracy before submission to clients.
• Maintain organized records of all inspection activities, including logbooks, equipment inspections, and personnel certifications.

Problem Solving and Decision-Making :

• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during NDT inspections, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Make informed decisions regarding work procedures, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Mentorship and Training :

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior rope access technicians, fostering their professional development and growth.
• Facilitate ongoing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members in rope access techniques and NDT inspection methodologies.
