You will be responsible for overseeing daily room inventory, ensuring optimal room assignments to provide guests with the best experience from arrival. You will coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Revenue teams to prepare rooms to high standards, handle special requests, and manage early arrivals or late departures with care. Monitoring room statuses, maximizing occupancy, and protecting guest experience are key aspects of your role. You will also plan VIP and suite allocations in collaboration with Guest Relations and Sales & Marketing, maintain and troubleshoot room status information in our Property Management System, and resolve conflicts proactively. You will bring your personality, attention to detail, and passion to the role and team. A strong background in Front Office operations, with knowledge of room categories, guest preferences, and inventory strategies in a luxury hotel setting, is essential. Proficiency with Property Management Systems like Opera, and understanding of housekeeping and reservations procedures are required. You should be able to stay calm under pressure and make quick, informed decisions. Excellent communication skills are vital for effective collaboration across departments. Fluency in English is necessary; additional languages such as Arabic, French, Mandarin, or Russian are a plus.
