A Room Service - Order Taker for Conrad Dubai is responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while having extensive knowledge of menu offerings.

What will I be doing?

As a Room Service - Order Taker, your responsibilities include:

• Answering the phone within three rings.
• Taking orders from guests.
• Following prepared scripts to encourage up-selling.
• Providing estimated delivery times.
• Preparing payment checks.
• Having knowledge of the food menu and wine list.
• Adhering to all liability laws.
• Printing reports at the end of shifts and banking out.
• Completing other assigned duties.
• Attending staff meetings and training sessions.
