Job summary

Meliá Hotels International is seeking a diligent housekeeping professional to maintain cleanliness and supply across allocated areas and rooms in our Dubai property. You will ensure all rooms meet ME standards and service Brand suites as required, with prompt reporting of any stains or maintenance needs.

Strong English communication, guest-focused service, and interpersonal skills are essential for providing VIP hospitality in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, presentation, oral communications and interpersonal skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and supply of all allocated areas to hotel standards.
• Clean and make up all allocated rooms to the standard.
• Service dedicated Brand suites as per ME standard.
• Report any stains on carpets and soft furnishings promptly.

Your tasks:

• To maintain the cleanliness and supply of all allocated areas, including all corridors, storage areas, staff area and ancillary areas to the standard laid down by the Hotel.
• To clean and make up all allocated rooms to the standard
• To service dedicated Brand suites as per the ME standard
• To ensure that any stains on carpets and soft furnishings are reported promptly.

What are we looking for:

• Experience in a similar position
• Individual must have excellent written, presentation, oral communications and interpersonal skills in English.
• Guest and service oriented
