Job summary

Landmark Hospitality seeks a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas in a hotel setting. You will follow standards, report issues, and coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure rooms are ready for occupancy.

The role requires basic English communication, a hospitable attitude, and physical fitness for lifting and standing. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred; flexible shifts and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and assigned areas according to cleanliness standards.
• Change bed linen, replace towels and replenish amenities.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office on room status and guest requirements.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and dress/personal grooming policies.
• Complete assigned room cleaning schedules within timelines.

Clean and maintain guest rooms bathrooms corridors and assigned areas in accordance with hotel cleanliness standards Change bed linen replace towels and replenish guest amenities and room supplies Ensure all guest rooms are well-presented hygienic and ready for occupancy Report maintenance issues damaged items and lost-and-found articles promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor Follow hotel procedures for handling guest belongings room access and guest requests Maintain proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals equipment and supplies Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor and Front Office team regarding room status and special guest requirements Adhere to hotel policies health and safety standards and personal grooming requirements Complete assigned room cleaning schedules within the required timelines Maintain guest confidentiality and deliver courteous professional service at all times

Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role in a hotel is preferred.Basic understanding of hotel housekeeping standards and guest room cleaning procedures.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment.Good attention to detail, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.Positive attitude, teamwork, and a guest-focused approach.Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.Physically fit to perform housekeeping duties, including standing, bending, and lifting as required.Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Candidates with a hospitality or housekeeping background are preferred.
