Job Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment, adhering to hotel standards.
- Restock room amenities and supplies meticulously, including toiletries, linens, and coffee supplies, to enhance the guest experience.
- Inspect and maintain the functionality of room equipment and fixtures, promptly reporting any maintenance issues to ensure guest comfort.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, aiming to exceed expectations in service.
- Effectively manage time to complete assigned rooms within a specified timeframe while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth operations and communication, fostering a supportive work environment.
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols strictly, ensuring compliance with health regulations to provide a safe atmosphere for guests and staff.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet shampooing and window washing, on a scheduled basis to maintain a fresh appearance.
