To ensure exceptional spa experiences in a serene, empowered, and guest-focused environment. This role represents the brand throughout every touchpoint of the guest journey, delivering seamless, personalized service from welcome to farewell. The aim is to create deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experiences that turn each guest into a loyal advocate of our spa, by consistently exceeding expectations and nurturing their well-being.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Genuine service personality, with high EQ.
• We are looking for dedicated Spa Professionals with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a spa role within the 5-star hospitality industry. Multiple roles are currently open across both therapy and reception functions.
• Minimum of a high school diploma is required / College degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
