Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media and marketing strategies aligned with the
company's objectives to drive foot traffic and enhance brand recognition for EMAAR Malls.
• Plan and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including
social media, print, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, promotional materials, and
advertising campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
• Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and gather insights to identify opportunities
for growth and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
• Manage budgets effectively, monitor campaign performance, and provide regular reports on key
metrics, ROI, and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and tenants to ensure cohesive brand
messaging and alignment with business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to
recommend innovative approaches for EMAAR Malls' marketing efforts.
• Manage and interact with tenant partners and agencies while collaborating and delivering on key
operational tasks such as managing website key-visuals and brand collaterals.
• Identify and report inefficiencies in marketing process and validate methods to streamline and
automate processes.
• Proven track record in digital marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence
stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience 3-5 years in a senior marketing role within the retail, real estate, or
hospitality industry, preferably in a mall management capacity.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing trends, and customer
segmentation strategies.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced
environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, CRM software, and marketing analytics to track and measure
campaign performance.
