Address Hotels + Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for our Dubai property to lead a dynamic team and uphold the brand’s exceptional cleanliness standards throughout guest areas and rooms.

You will monitor service delivery, train staff, and ensure timely room readiness, turnover, and safety compliance, delivering a flawless guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in housekeeping or related role.
• Experience in a 5-star hotel preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent requirement.

Responsabilités

Role: Housekeeping Supervisor

ABOUT THE FUNCTION

This function is to ensure exceptional Guest experience in a highly empowered environment. Represent our brand, throughout the Guest journey, to deliver a flawless stay experience. Ensure that each guest becomes a happy fan of our products, by delighting them from welcome until farewell. The function is to maintain the established standards of cleanliness in rooms and public areas according to standards set by the hotel and ensure orderliness and attractive condition of rooms, floors, lift landings, corridors and pantries.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in a 5* Hotel.
• At least 2 years experience at same level.
• Minimum qualification required is High school diploma/higher secondary

• Conduct all operational tasks in Housekeeping while living up to service standards and procedures.
