Job summary

Analog is seeking a Field Application Engineer to support hands-on robotics implementations, troubleshoot and optimize robotic systems in customers' environments. You will work on hardware and software integration, provide training, and collaborate with engineering and sales teams to drive successful deployments.

The role requires onsite visits, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, with opportunities to influence product development and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Eng, or CS; proven implementation experience.
• Strong hardware and software integration knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and perform on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for robotics implementations and integration.
• Demonstrate hardware and software proficiency across robot arms, sensors, actuators and control systems.
• Assist with system architecture design to optimize performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with internal teams (systems engineering, product management, sales/marketing) to meet customer needs.
• Deliver on-site or remote training and ongoing customer support throughout the lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
