Job summary

Cercli Tech Limited in Abu Dhabi is seeking a hands-on Robot Service Technician to support deployment, maintenance, repair, and daily operation of robotic platforms. You will service robots, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, manage spare parts, and assist field deployments across customer sites.

The role requires a strong mechanical and electrical background, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in workshop and field environments,

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial maintenance, or a related technical discipline.
• Two or more years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance, robotics, automation systems, or electrical and mechanical field service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on robotic platforms.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hardware faults.
• Replace and repair motors, actuators, sensors, batteries, and wiring.
• Conduct system checks and functional testing after maintenance.
• Support robot deployments, commissioning, and site installations.
• Assist with battery management and docking systems.
• Maintain service records and inspection reports.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ordering.
• Prepare and configure robots for demonstrations and trials.
• Follow safety procedures and work in workshop and field.
• Escalate complex issues with robotics engineers.
