Job Description:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for:

  1. Sales, upselling, and handling telecom services such as bill payments, MNMI, SIM swaps, and other customer requests and inquiries.
  2. Ensuring customers are served promptly and maintaining the highest customer experience standards.
  3. Timely activation of requested plans and services, coordinating internally with relevant stakeholders as needed.
  4. Collecting, verifying, and safeguarding customer documents and information.
  5. Representing the company at Enterprise premises in UAE (Government, LE, SME), Business Centers, roadshow locations, and designated customer sites.
  6. Maintaining the professional appearance and presentation of the roadshow.
  7. Ensuring the security and safety of IT equipment and facilities.
  8. Keeping records updated and accurate.
  9. Applying work processes and methods consistently to achieve customer experience goals and meet individual monthly sales targets.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales.
