Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience supervising road/highway or major infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and QA processes.
• Experience with consultancy or supervision of projects.

Responsibilities

• Design review and supervision of road/highway works.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with drawings, specs and programmes.
• Inspect completed works and identify non-conformances.
• Review method statements, material submittals and inspection requests.
• Coordinate with utilities, drainage, structures and traffic teams.
• Maintain site records and prepare progress reports.
• Support Resident Engineer in quality, safety and contractual compliance.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with contractors and clients.
