Job description

Mair has a strategic partnership to provide staffing to Al Dhafra Technical Services, based in the Western Region. ADTS is a primary provider to ADNOC of heavy/light vehicles and equipment

Desired Candidate Profile

Road Safety Officer & IVMS Officer

· Monitor IVMS dashboard daily; track driver behaviour and violations

· Generate daily, weekly and monthly driver performance reports and recommend corrective actions

· Coordinate with ADNOC’s road safety team on compliance requirements

· Conduct journey management reviews and spot-checks

· Deliver toolbox talks and road safety campaigns for drivers

· Maintain records of violations, training, and disciplinary actions

· Investigating and reporting all accidents/Incident and near miss. Recommending actions to prevent future occurrences.

HSE Officer x 2

· Ensure all site operations comply with ADNOC HSE regulations, UAE labor laws and international safety standards.

· Conduct daily inspections of yards, workshops, and vehicle readiness

· Oversee PPE usage, fire prevention, and emergency preparedness

· Coordinate driver/operator training sessions in compliance with ADNOC standards

· Lead incident reporting and preliminary investigations

· Assist in documentation and preparation of vehicles for ADNOC handover

· Ensure compliance with lifting operations and heavy equipment safety procedures

· Maintain compliance registers for inspections, certifications, and permits
