Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the EPCM, Oil and Gas industry.
  • Experience with ADNOC preferred.
  • Mandatory UAE Driving license.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver HSE awareness sessions to workers.
  • Conduct HSE and Transport Safety orientation sessions.
  • Implement Transport Emergency Response Plans.

Job description

We are looking for a Road Safety Coordinator for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 24 months - extendable based on project requirement - Contract Hire

Work Schedule: Working on site will be 8 to 10-hour shifts

Qualification and Experience Required:

  • 5 and above years of experience in the EPCM, Oil and gas industry.
  • Site experience is a must.
  • Experience with Adnoc on site and Adnoc approved is highly preferred.
  • Requiring maximum one month notice.
  • Bachelor's degree as highest certificate.

Minimum one of the following:

  • NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (Subject to approval by ADNOC Group)
  • Any other HSE certifications (considered at ADNOC Group discretion)

Mandatory:

  • IVMS Software expertise
  • UAE Driving license
  • Other HSE Trainings / Certifications will be added advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver HSE awareness sessions to workers
  • Conduct HSE and Transport Safety orientation/induction sessions
  • Understand and implement Journey Management Plans
  • Provide awareness on H₂S and Breathing Apparatus where applicable
  • Participate in Transport Safety/Road Safety Risk Assessments
  • Conduct vehicle inspections with thorough knowledge of safety devices
  • Implement Transport Emergency Response Plans and procedures
  • Prepare Road Safety awareness training materials, maintain databases, and generate reports from IVMS or equivalent systems
  • Communicate effectively in English (spoken, read, and written)
