Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Road Safety Coordinator in the UAE to manage and implement road and transport safety requirements with a strong focus on IVMS data generation, monitoring and reporting. The role supports HSE and transport safety activities and ensures compliance with applicable road safety procedures.

Responsibilities include leading road safety initiatives, conducting inductions, awareness sessions, JMP implementation, and coordinating with HSE and transport teams to meet ADNOC road safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent (ADNOC Group approval).
• Other HSE certifications may be considered per ADNOC requirements.
• IVMS software expertise – Mandatory.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence – Mandatory.
• Additional HSE training/certifications are an advantage.

• Generate and review safety reports from IVMS or equivalent systems.
• Coordinate with HSE, transport and other relevant teams on road safety matters.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC road safety requirements and procedures.

Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for supporting HSE and transport safety activities and ensuring compliance with applicable road safety procedures.

RequirementsEducation & Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of overall industry experience.


• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing/implementing Road Safety activities.


• Experience with IVMS data generation and reporting.


• Lead Road Safety Coordinator: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing road transport safety.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Road & Transport Safety.


• Understanding of H2S and Breathing Apparatus, where applicable.


• Ability to conduct vehicle safety inspections.


• Knowledge of Journey Management and emergency response procedures.


• Good report preparation and database management skills.


• Good verbal and written English communication skills.


• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
