Job summary

Nooralsahara in Abu Dhabi seeks a Site Engineer to supervise daily site activities for roadworks, infrastructure, and utility projects. You will ensure adherence to drawings, specs, and schedules while coordinating with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, surveyors and other stakeholders.

You will monitor progress, prepare site reports, conduct inspections with the engineering team, and ensure HSE compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer in roadworks, infrastructure, and utility projects.
• Experience working on Aldar projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards, and site supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities for roadworks, infrastructure, and utility projects.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, surveyors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues in coordination with the engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and manpower to meet project requirements.
• Assist in preparing work schedules, method statements, and inspection requests.
• Verify completed work for quality and support project handover activities.
