Job summary

Nooralsahara is seeking a Site Engineer to supervise daily on-site construction for infrastructure and road projects in Dubai. You will ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and plans while coordinating with contractors and suppliers.

The role requires strong QA, HSE compliance, and active liaison with consultants and PMs. The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering degree with proven site experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, plus excellent communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer in Infrastructure and Roadworks.
Experience in Dubai RTA is preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site.
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project plans.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Manage materials, manpower, and equipment efficiently.
Liaise with consultants, architects, and project managers.
Ensure quality control and proper documentation of work.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
