Job summary

ROShell is expanding its water treatment chemicals business in the UAE and seeks a Technical Sales Manager to develop new business, work directly with technical customers, and drive RO and membrane treatment solutions.

You will conduct site visits, support product trials, and convert opportunities into recurring supply contracts while building long-term relationships with customers and partners across the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B technical sales experience in water treatment chemicals or related technical services.
• Strong understanding of reverse osmosis systems and membrane treatment challenges.
• Experience with RO antiscalants, membrane cleaners, biocides, chemical dosing or CIP cleaning is highly preferred.
• Ability to understand and discuss water analysis (TDS, hardness, pH, etc.).
• Proven track record in new business development and closing recurring supply contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales of RO and membrane treatment chemicals across the UAE.
• Identify and approach new customers including RO plant operators and EPC contractors.
• Conduct site visits and technical discussions with engineers and maintenance teams.
• Prepare dosing recommendations and trial plans with internal teams.
• Manage product trials and convert successful trials into long-term supply agreements.
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Build long-term relationships with customers, distributors and service partners.
