Job summary

Workato is seeking an experienced nurse to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and support physicians during procedures.

Fluency in English and strong communication are essential. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, an RN license in Abu Dhabi (or eligibility), and prior nursing or related healthcare experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
Current RN license in Abu Dhabi (or eligible for licensure).
Proven work experience as a Nurse or related healthcare role preferred.
Proficient in English (oral & written).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures
Monitor patients' health condition and document changes accurately
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
Assist physicians during exams and medical procedures
Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
Ensure medical records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date
Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
