Job summary

JobLeader is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer meds, educate families, and collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a valid nursing license, and at least 2 years of RN experience. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus. Accommodation is provided, and location is Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution is required.
Valid nursing license from country of origin (Indian nurses preferred) is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting required.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and provide treatments as prescribed by doctors.
Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and maintain accurate medication records.
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain a safe and clean environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
Provide emotional support to patients and families.
