Job summary

Confidential in Riyadh is seeking a qualified General Accountant with strong academic background and practical accounting experience. You should manage financial records, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting across ERP systems.

You’ll maintain accurate records, support accounting operations, and prepare reports while ensuring accounting procedures compliance. Knowledge of VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline with strong practical accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office; hands-on ERP experience; good journal entries, reconciliations and reporting knowledge.
• Knowledge of VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, entries, and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and record journal entries ensuring accounting accuracy.
• Handle AP and AR processes.
• Perform regular bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
• Review invoices, supporting documents, and transactions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings.
• Prepare financial reports and schedules.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
