Risk Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:

Risk Assessment and Analysis:

1. Identify potential risks (financial, operational, strategic, compliance, etc.).
2. Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the severity and likelihood of risks as per the Risk Assessment methodology approved by the Company.

Risk Mitigation Strategies:

1. Develop and implement risk management strategies and plans.
2. Recommend measures to mitigate identified risks.
3. Create risk prevention programs.

Monitoring and Reporting:

1. Continuously monitor risk exposure and the effectiveness of mitigation strategies.
2. Prepare regular risk reports for senior management and stakeholders.
3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Policy Development:

1. Develop and update risk management policies and procedures.
2. Ensure that risk management frameworks are in line with Company's objectives, standards and best practices.

Training and Communication:

1. Train employees in risk management policies and procedures.
2. Promote a risk-aware culture within the Corporation.
3. Communicate risk issues and solutions effectively to various stakeholders.

Compliance and Reporting:

1. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to Risk Management.
2. Prepare and present reports on risk according to the risk appetite approved by the company.

Collaboration and Consultation:

1. Work with various departments/sections to integrate risk management into their processes.
2. Consult with experts and advisors when necessary.

Qualification & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or relevant degree.
2. 5-7 proven experiences in developing and managing Enterprise Risk Management.
3. Relevant certifications such as RIMS CRMP, ISO 31000 Lead Auditor.
4. Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.
5. Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly.
