About the role:

We are seeking a Risk Engineer to join our expanding Risk and Scoring teams, focusing on Risk & Financial Modeling within the Tabby product.

1. Develop and implement credit policies and risk assessment strategies aligned with the needs of our business customers (risk and antifraud departments).
2. Monitor the operation of decision-making systems and evaluate the impact of recent changes.
3. Create and automate test scripts for modifications, including backend testing of algorithms and credit decision strategies.
4. Conduct comprehensive analysis of credit decision-making strategies to ensure proper technical implementation, identify errors, and optimize processes.
5. Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant experience in tech or fintech products as an Engineer.
6. Proficiency in SQL and Python is required.
7. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
8. Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure startup environments.
