Support the organisation in fostering a Just Culture and promote the safety and wellbeing of our customers, staff, assets, and environment. Work with the Risk and QHSE Data Advisor and the Data Manager to process incident data and generate high-quality reports for risk analysis, trending, and timely reporting.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality of safety incident data in the Assure database or other company-used databases.
- Assist with data input into the Assure database and report on safety incidents.
- Produce daily incident logs, and weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
- Create ad hoc reports and incident analyses as requested.
- Support the use of Q-Pulse for risk, trends, and bow tie risk analysis.
- Comply with relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Participate in development training and induction programs related to QHSE.
- Perform other duties as instructed by the line manager, Data Manager, or QHSE Director.
- Ensure compliance with the Keolis MHI Management System and all relevant processes, procedures, and work instructions.
- Maintain the security and integrity of all data, including reporting performance, finance, and customer information, in line with non-disclosure policies.
- Exercise personal duty of care for health, safety, and welfare, and report any incidents or breaches.
- Ensure adherence to training requirements of Keolis MHI.
Knowledge Required
- Proficiency in current software, programs, & systems, especially MS Office and Business Intelligence tools.
- Working knowledge of QHSE principles and terminology.
- Basic understanding of Keolis-MHI business operations in Dubai (metro & tram).
Experience
- Experience in accurate data processing and report generation.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in rail operations or a similar transport environment.
Experience and Professional Qualifications
- Higher diploma or equivalent in Engineering or Science discipline preferred.
- NEBOSH Certificate in Health and Safety or equivalent is desirable.
