Job description

Responsibilities

• Maintain an enforcement presence to discourage illegitimate behavior on and off the field, including issuing warnings to riders breaking guidelines.
• Evaluate local traffic and road safety concerns, observe problem areas and behaviors, and provide inputs.
• Ensure riders use all Talabat branded gear (uniform, bag, box, mask, gloves, etc.) and flag non-talabat riders using Talabat gear to maintain brand consistency.
• Identify riders not maintaining hygiene standards for their uniforms, food bags/boxes, and bikes, and ensure timely bike servicing.
• Verify rider and bike documents (Driving License, Emirates ID, Mulkiya, etc.) on-site as per local laws.
• Monitor and regulate rider behavior towards restaurants and customers.
• Visit high restaurant density areas during peak demand times to ensure riders maintain safe distances.
• Assist riders in emergency situations (accidents, breakdowns, etc.), regardless of their company affiliation.
• Perform public service duties by protecting life and property and assisting people in need.
• Maintain a visible presence on the ground as Talabat's representative.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a delivery rider and 2-3 years as a fleet/security coordinator.
• Presentable with good physical fitness.
• Disciplined, organized, and ethical.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under stress.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficient in recording, reporting, and analyzing data.
• Persuasive skills to coach non-compliant riders effectively.
• Valid Driving License.
