Job description

Skills Provision is searching for an experienced Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach to join a gymnasium in the bustling city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The employing company is looking for an individual to further develop its offering to gymnasts at the elite level, whilst supporting in other areas.

The Role

• Build and implement training programmes for gymnasts of all levels
• Provide individualised coaching and support to enhance each gymnast’s skills and performance
• Plan and lead practice sessions, ensuring a safe and encouraging environment both with and without apparatus
• Observe and assess gymnast’s progress, providing constructive feedback and modifications to training plans
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to maintain a unified and effective training program
• Stay up to date with the latest techniques, rules, and developments in rhythmic gymnastics
• Promote a positive and motivating atmosphere within the club
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Competition experience at the elite level (coaching and / or personally)
• Formal industry related qualifications would be welcomed
• Excellent knowledge of best practices
• Strong organisational skills
• Highly enthusiastic
• Disciplined approach
• Encouraging and personable nature
• Good command of the English language (verbal and written)
