As a Review Architect reporting into the Senior Review Architect, working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai, you will have the opportunity to work on different residential projects, community, towers and mixed used building.

Responsibilities include

1. Review and approve architectural design documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports, ensuring compliance with project goals, local regulations, and international design guidelines standards.
2. Conduct thorough technical assessments of design and construction drawings to verify quality, accuracy, and alignment with project requirements.
3. Provide constructive feedback to the design team, ensuring that any design changes or issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
4. Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure that design documents meet the expected standards and align with client objectives.
5. Ensure that all designs are compliant with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
6. Perform regular quality control checks on drawings to ensure that they adhere to established standards, improving the overall quality and efficiency of the design process.
7. Monitor design revisions and document updates, ensuring that the design intent and project goals are preserved throughout the design development stages.
8. Coordinate with the internal team and consultants to resolve technical challenges during the design phase, maintaining the integrity of the design vision.
9. Lead and mentor review architects and design team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in design.
10. Contribute to project presentations, reports, and other documents for clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.

Here's what you'll need

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or a related field
2. Experience in city hotel projects
3. Should have experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bim360, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Suite. Office Suite
4. Should have minimum of 5 years total experience in the same field
