Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, reporting to the Cluster Director of Revenue.

This role involves optimizing revenue strategies and supporting the financial performance of our cluster of 7 hotels, including Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Hotel & Residence, Novotel & Ibis Creekside Dubai, Novotel Suites, and Ibis Mall Avenue, Ibis Al Rigga.

  • Assist in daily pricing and inventory management for multiple properties
  • Analyze market trends and demand patterns to develop revenue strategies
  • Support evaluation of group inquiries and provide aligned quotations
  • Maximize room revenues and RevPAR to achieve RGI targets
  • Prepare room revenue forecasts and annual budgets with General Managers and the Director of Sales and Marketing
  • Participate in Revenue Meetings to identify risks and opportunities
  • Support the analysis of End of Month performance reports
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Manager, General Manager, and Director of Sales & Marketing to optimize revenue
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market conditions for strategic adjustments
  • Report to the Cluster Director of Revenue
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in a revenue-focused role in hospitality
  • Proven track record of meeting performance targets
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and market trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Understanding of revenue management principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders remotely
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on revenue targets
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud and IDeaS RMS is a plus
