Responsibilities

Revenue Management :

  • Develop pricing strategies based on market trends and demand patterns.
  • Adjust pricing in real time to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Utilize data insights for demand forecasting and revenue optimization.
  • Create and maintain pricing models to balance competitiveness, demand, and performance.
  • Regularly review and adjust prices to enhance revenue.
  • Use dynamic pricing to maximize revenue during peak times and events.
  • capability to project revenue and do financials profitability analysis of existing and future deals

Performance Analysis :

  • Monitor KPIs for revenue, occupancy, and ADR to evaluate pricing strategy effectiveness.
  • Generate reports to communicate performance, trends, and recommendations.
  • Analyze pricing initiatives post-mortem to assess revenue and profitability impact.

Other :

  • Collaboration : Maintain relationships with Owner Success to align on revenue objectives.
  • Market Awareness : Stay updated on industry trends and competitor actions.

Requirements :

  • Based in Dubai or nearby (the role is hybrid - working from the office a few days per week is expected)
  • BA or MA in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or related roles within the hospitality or real estate industry.
  • Fluent in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and revenue management software.
  • A detail-oriented individual with a relentless commitment to quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
