Job description

Job Summary

As the Revenue Executive you will support the Director Revenue – Strategy in analyzing market trends, forecasting demand, optimizing inventory, and maximizing revenue across all distribution channels. You will play a key role in developing pricing strategies and providing insights that directly impact the hotel's profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily revenue management operations, including data analysis, pricing decisions, and inventory control.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor rates, and business performance.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Support in forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes.
  • Maintain and update all rate systems (PMS, CRS, OTA extranets, etc.).
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports for management review.
  • Contribute to strategic meetings and provide insights based on data.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in revenue management or related hospitality role.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficiency in Excel and revenue management tools .
  • Knowledge of distribution channels, e-commerce, and OTA platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills
