Job description

PARTTIME REVENUE EXECUTIVE DUBAI AED 1315K

Excellent opportunity for an experienced law firm Revenue Executive seeking part-time work in the Dubai office of an international law firm.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensuring that bills are raised correctly on a timely basis and are paid promptly.
2. Drafting and checking prebills.
3. Processing collation of bills, chasing bills, time/disbursement write-offs, time/disbursement transfers, edits, cancellations, and reissues.
4. Direct contact with clients regarding unpaid bills.
5. Liaison with partners and fee earners regarding queried debts and unpaid bills.
6. WIP/Debtor meetings with partners and fee earners.
7. Knowledge of ERP systems and a working knowledge of Expert or equivalent systems; training will be provided.
8. Strong IT skills with good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
9. Managing the e-billing invoice uploads.
10. Knowledge of KSA/UAE VAT laws.
