PART-TIME REVENUE EXECUTIVE, DUBAI - AED13-15K

Excellent opportunity for an experienced law firm Revenue Executive seeking part-time work in Dubai for an international law firm.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensuring that bills are raised correctly on a timely basis and are paid promptly.
2. Drafting and checking pre-bills.
3. Processing and collation of bills, chasing unpaid bills, handling time/disbursement write-offs, transfers, edits, cancellations, and reissues.
4. Direct contact with clients regarding unpaid bills.
5. Liaison with partners and executives regarding queried debts and unpaid bills.
6. Participating in WIP/Debtor meetings with partners and fee-earners.
7. Utilizing ERP systems; knowledge of Expert or similar systems is preferred, with training provided.
8. Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
9. Managing E-billing invoice uploads.
10. Knowledge of KSA/UAE VAT laws.
