Revenue Controllers are responsible for the production and processing of draft and final bills in the Finance system, transferring and writing-off time, disbursements and the issuing of credit notes and reissuing bills.
They are also responsible for e-Billing and the production of client schedules. In addition, they are responsible for managing the change of client rates and monitoring file set-up. In general, the Revenue department’s function in the Middle East is to maximise the speed with which work in progress (WIP) is turned into bills for the Middle East offices.
The Revenue team is responsible for the WIP and billing for all practice areas within Middle East offices. The team is also responsible for the general housekeeping of WIP and the production of various reports for internal and external clients.
Whilst the role is based and is focused on supporting the Abu Dhabi office, the role holder is required to support the wider regional Finance team as required.
The role has a clear focus on revenue and managing billings but it is anticipated that the incumbent will take on additional responsibilities, namely in Credit Control to support the needs of the business.
