We are seeking a motivated and analytical Revenue & Yield Executive to join our Revenue Department. The role focuses on optimizing revenue through active monitoring, margin analysis, and coordination with contracting and sales teams to drive profitability.

Revenue Analysis & Forecast Monitoring

  • Monitor daily sales trends and forecasts to ensure alignment with margin strategy.
  • Track and assess performance against the Financial Forecast (FFC).
  • Analyse destination and hotel performance by margin and markup to identify trends and outliers.

Pricing & Profitability Optimisation

  • Identify opportunities to adjust markups based on demand, pricing trends, and market performance to increase profitability.
  • Support yield strategies by reviewing hotel groupings and rate structures alongside the contracting team.
  • Coordinate with Contracting and Sales teams to ensure revenue objectives are aligned and communication is transparent and goal-oriented.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to review value-adds and hotel kickbacks / discounts to key partners.
  • Provide regular feedback to internal teams to enhance pricing strategies and sales effectiveness.

Market & Partner Insights

  • Analyse source market and agent-level performance across assigned destinations to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Track partner-specific promotions and evaluate their impact on yield and conversion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tourism, Economics or related field
  • Additional formal training in revenue management or data analytics would be an advantage
  • Industry Experience - minimum of one year in a revenue, pricing, or analytical role, preferably within a Destination Management Company (DMC) or the tourism and hospitality sector.
  • Technical Acumen - proficient in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau).
  • Problem-Solving Skills - strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and develop actionable insights.
  • Specialist Knowledge – an understanding of tourism dynamics, online travel agents (OTA’s), hotel rate structures, and regional market trends in the UAE.
  • Analytical – a strong aptitude for data analysis, interpreting complex reports, and deriving actionable insights.
  • IT Proficiency – proficient with Microsoft Office tools, such as Outlook, Word, etc. Experience with reservation or contracting systems is an advantage.
  • Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey findings and collaborate with teams and stakeholders. Good English language skills are essential.
