Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize room revenue and overall profitability.
2. Manage and optimize online distribution channels, including OTAs, hotel websites, and social media platforms.
3. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust pricing and promotional strategies.
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop digital marketing campaigns.
5. Analyze performance data, track key metrics, and prepare revenue reports for senior management.
6. Ensure the hotel's online presence is consistent and attractive to potential guests.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in revenue management and e-commerce, preferably within the hospitality industry.
2. Strong knowledge of online distribution platforms and revenue management systems.
3. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
