Job summary

Bidwell Consulting Services (BCS) is seeking an experienced retirement plan administrator in Dubai to handle annual administration for qualified plans and perform complex compliance testing.

Role involves analyzing census data, plan assets, and amendments, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating with consultants to support multiple client portfolios. ASPPA credential is preferred, with CalcAir experience adding value.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of retirement plan administration or compliance experience.
• Strong understanding of qualified retirement plan compliance and annual administration.
• Experience performing non-discrimination and compliance testing (ADP/ACP, 415, 414, coverage, and Top-Heavy).
• Experience preparing Form 5500 filings.
• Ability to interpret retirement plan documents and amendments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual retirement plan administration and compliance services for qualified retirement plans.

• Review compliance work for technical accuracy and recommend corrections.
• Analyze participant census data and calculate employer contributions.
• Analyze and reconcile plan assets.
• Interpret plan documents and amendments to ensure accurate application of provisions.
• Prepare and review Form 5500 filings.
• Calculate lost earnings associated with late participant contributions.
• Research, analyze, and resolve retirement plan compliance and benefit issues.
• Collaborate with internal Consultants to support compliance needs across the firm's portfolio.

• Experience working in a TPA or retirement plan consulting environment
