Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in Forex, 2+ years in leadership, and strong English communication. The role emphasizes performance coaching and strategic KPI management in a fast-paced regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the Forex trading industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading or supervising a retention team.
• Mandatory experience managing the UK/English Desk within Forex trading.
• Strong understanding of client retention strategies and revenue optimization.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the UK/English Desk retention team.
