Position Summary

SQUATWOLF is on the lookout for a Retail Visual Merchandiser to join our Retail team! If you have a passion for fitness and fashion, along with a keen eye for design, we want you to help elevate the retail experience. Your creativity in crafting engaging displays will play a key role in inspiring our community and showcasing our brand.

Responsibilities

1. Design and implement visually compelling merchandise displays that reflect SQUATWOLF's identity and seasonal themes.
2. Collaborate with the marketing and store management teams to align visual strategies with promotions and product launches.
3. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts, adjusting displays based on customer feedback and sales performance.
4. Conduct regular store walkthroughs to ensure visual standards are maintained and provide constructive feedback to store teams.
5. Stay current with trends in retail and activewear to keep displays fresh and innovative.
6. Train and support the retail staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards to enhance the overall customer experience.
7. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the acquisition of visual merchandising materials and props.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
2. 2-4 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in retail or the activewear industry.
3. Expertise in visual merchandising principles, including color theory, lighting, space utilization, and creating on-brand, impactful displays that align with the brand's aesthetics.
4. Ability to quickly adapt to new store campaigns, promotions, or seasonal changes. Open to experimenting with fresh concepts and innovative ideas to keep the in-store experience exciting and relevant.
5. Ability to strategically place products to promote key items, drive impulse purchases, and support overall store sales goals.
6. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
7. Strong organizational skills and an eagle eye for detail.
