An innovative company seeks a passionate Retail Education Trainer to enhance the onboarding and training experience for retail employees. This role involves delivering engaging training modules, supporting career development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience. POSITION PURPOSE
Support all Retail Education projects by delivering training, onboarding new joiners, focusing on omni-channel and client experience, and supporting the development of retail employees' career paths. Collaborate with key business partners for project implementation and delivery.
This role is based at Sephora University, Dubai, with store visits (50% of time) and travel to OGCC countries (Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain). Weekly visits to UAE flagships and quarterly or as-needed visits to other countries.
The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years of retail experience at a supervisory or management level, preferably with Sephora. Experience in training and supporting learning projects is advantageous. Arabic language skills are a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills are essential. The candidate must be agile, flexible, and capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders. A passion for people, creativity, independence, and understanding business needs are crucial. Excellent communication and influencing skills are required to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
