JD:

1. Data analysis. Generate store PSI and team monthly results analysis reports through system data. Support business decision-making.
2. Connect with regional and headquarters data teams to assist in building national data visualization dashboards.
3. Responsible for the daily maintenance of store and retail information in retail business systems (such as RMS).
4. Analyze business process opportunities and propose system optimization solutions to improve efficiency.

JR:

1. More than 3 years of experience in IT support or system management in the retail industry, familiar with store operation processes.
2. Word, Excel, PPT and other office software skills are preferred.
3. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in computer science and information management.
4. Clear logic, strong communication skills, good at solving complex problems through systematic means.
