Job Overview
As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will lead a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and Direct Marketers (DMs), ensuring smooth store operations, team productivity, and compliance with telecom regulations. You will be responsible for achieving sales KPIs, driving upsell opportunities, managing audits, and maintaining high service standards. This role is ideal for professionals with telecom or retail experience looking to take on a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily store operations and manage the workflow of sales and service teams
* Promote and sell Etisalat business, institutional, and consumer telecom plans
* Provide accurate product information to customers and guide them through the selection process
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue
* Ensure prompt and professional handling of customer issues and service inquiries
* Meet KPIs for service quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
* Supervise staff performance and ensure operational targets are achieved
* Coordinate internal mystery shopping initiatives to improve customer interactions
* Collaborate with internal and external auditors; ensure TRA compliance
* Handle daily/weekly/monthly reports and maintain audit readiness
* Train and coach team members for performance improvement and policy compliance
* Enforce safety practices and standard operating procedures within the store
* Set individual and team targets and assess progress regularly

Job Requirements

* Graduate degree in any discipline
* 3 5 years of experience in telecom or retail sales, with team leadership responsibilities
* Must be under 35 years of age
* Strong knowledge of telecom plans and services, particularly in the UAE
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with compliance and audit procedures within a retail or telecom environment
* Proficiency in reporting, asset management, and store performance tracking
* Immediate availability to join on or before 20th September 2024
