Retail Store Manager

Hiring a Store Manager for a leading luxury retail brand in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have an ability to manage the daily operations of the store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of retail associates to achieve sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is well-organized and displayed.
• Train and develop staff, providing coaching to improve performance.
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a luxury retail background.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail, with a significant portion in a leadership or store management role.
