  1. Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers courteously, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  2. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
  3. Merchandising: Replenish and organize merchandise on the sales floor to ensure product availability.
  4. Store Maintenance: Keep the store, including shelves and fitting rooms, clean and organized at all times.
  5. Security Awareness: Monitor for security risks and handle situations appropriately.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
  7. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Previous retail, warehouse, or customer-service experience is a plus.
  2. Ability to lift and carry up to 20kg safely, stand for long periods, and climb ladders.
  3. Strong attention to detail and a proactive “can-do” attitude.
