We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Specialist to join our client's team in Dubai. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding shopping experience, driving sales through meaningful customer interactions, and maintaining exceptional store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations
• Demonstrate product features and benefits, communicate promotions, and answer customer questions
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handling cash, card payments, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain well-organized merchandise displays and ensure inventory is properly stocked
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
• Provide feedback to management on customer trends and store performance
• Collaborate with team members to support daily store operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• 2–4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the UAE retail market
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Proficient with POS and inventory management systems
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
