Position Title: Retail Sales Manager – Paints Manufacturing

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client: A leading global petrochemical manufacturing group specializing in a diverse range of paints and coating products.

Job Description:

1. Conduct daily sales meetings to follow up, provide instructions, and offer weekly product training.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales target plan and strategy.
3. Coordinate with the sales team on payments, collections, key orders, and project estimates while acting as a focal point between departments.
4. Support sales staff by managing time effectively, evaluating performance, handling complex issues, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

1. Open to Arabic and European nationalities
2. Male, 40 years old and below
3. Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
4. At least 4 years experience in retail sales with proven track record in achieving sales targets, implementing strategies, and managing store operations.
